Levina Reeves has over 28 years of expert experience in facilitating adults in education, creativity and advocacy; empowering individuals through proven and authentic leadership strategies and approaches.

Her qualifications, competencies and experience in leadership, workplace health promotion and as a business owner have provided the foundations of achievement and successful outcomes in training delivery and management. Levina offers innovation and consistent commitment to her work to provide results that benefit all stakeholders, with expert experience in inclusive educational programme research, design, delivery, and evaluation.

Levina possesses a resilient spirit, a powerful work ethic, solid focus and creative leadership skills that make for sustainable results.

Along with being a qualified Mentor and Life Coach, Levina holds a National Diploma in Fine Art from LIT, a level 8 in Adult and Community Education and Practice from NUI Maynooth, a H. Dip. in Leadership and Management Development with first class honours from TUS Midlands and an MA in Leadership and Workplace Health & Wellbeing from TUS Midwest with first class honours, specialising in empirical research on enhancing psychological well-being in workplace environments.

She also has 12 years of work-specific experience in social care service delivery across all management levels and in a senior consultancy role. Before this, she helped people with disabilities gain purposeful employment by enabling work placements in her fine art establishment for over 15 years. She has been registered with the HSE Ireland as a health and social care professional with an extensive suite of CPD, including autism-specific accreditation, focusing on a rights-based approach to including people with disabilities to pursue equitable gains for community and societal inclusion.

Levina has delivered certified and non-certified training for over 25 years in specific internal and community programme development roles, where she was responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training in an iterative process. Her experience has provided successful gains for students, be it F2F, online or in a blended format.

Levina has as worked as a Vocational Rehabilitative Facilitator on HSE-funded further education for students with SpLD and ASC, along with mental health programmes for adults between the ages of 18 and 65 years aimed at people who have experienced mental health issues; employing a person-centred and recovery-focus, to help students build on their personal and social development, and work on confidence and wellbeing. She also continues to work as an Autism Specialist Mentor with Spectrum First Education Ltd.

Previously as a Supported Employment Keyworker, she had extensive experience in supervising or coordinating work and placement provision of students in this discipline, be it students with disabilities in a supported environment or mentoring social care work students that have come into the service from other third level institutions. During this role, she was also seconded to work as an Employment Support Specialist consultant to the Ministry of Labour in Saudi Arabia on the design of program support for job seekers to find appropriate and sustainable jobs and provide them with the necessary skills and resources to join the labour market. Levina also has vast experience in mentoring and facilitating placements from when she housed work experience as managing director of her then company.

She has excellent communication and pedagogic skills and is a champion of inclusive education methods and technologies through volunteer work in the implementation of universal design for learning approaches.

As a published researcher and consultant, Levina champions a value-driven and collaborative approach both for individual and organisational learning, with a strong commitment to evidence-based processes, along with a passionate interest in academic research in Wellbeing and Educational Leadership at the University of Limerick where she is currently engaged in Social Science and Education PhD Research around Workplace Bullying in Academic Environments.
